NCAP Swimmers Break 7 Records at Turkey Claus

NCAP swimmers broke 7 meet records at the 2019 Turkey Claus Showdown.  Christopher Boucree led the way with three record-breaking swims.  He set new marks in the Boy’s 13-14 100 Yard Freestyle, 500 Yard Freestyle and 100 Yard Butterfly.  Sarah Aman broke the Women’s 15&over 200 Yard Freestyle record.  Ali Hammoud took down the record in the Men’s 15&over 200 Yard Breaststroke.  Ben McCracken set a record in the Boy’s 13-14 200 Yard Backstroke.  Will Sonne broke the Men’s 15&over 400 Yard Individual Medley Record.

Lou Bellerophon, Boucree and Till Golczyk each won three events.  Bellerophon touched first in the Girl’s 13-14 200 Free, 200 Fly and 400 IM.  Boucree won the Boy’s 13-14 100 Free, 500 Free and 100 Fly.  Golczyk was victorious in the Boy’s 9-10 200 Free, 50 Back and 100 Back.

Double event winners included Mimi Dietrich (11-12 50 Fly, 200 Fly), Hammoud (500 Free, 200 Breast), Palmer Holley (13-14 100 Free, 200 Back), Blaire LeFaivre (9-10 100 Back, 50 Fly), Ashley Liu (9-10 200 Free, 100 IM) and Matthew Wu (200 Fly, 200 IM).
