NCAP Wins Mid-Atlantic Age Group Championship Showdown

NCAP won the 2019 Mid-Atlantic Age Group Championship Showdown with 8741 points.

28 NCAP swimmers combined to win 48 individual events.  Hailey Hammond and Elyse Rosade led the way with 4 wins each.  Hammond touched first in the Girl’s 11-Year-Old 100 Free, 200 Free, 100 Back and 100 Fly.  Rosade claimed victory in the Girl’s 9-Year-Old 100 Free, 200 Free, 50 Fly and 100 IM.

Simon Bermudez (13-year-old 100 Fly, 200 IM, 400 IM), Maren Conze (14-year-old 200 Free, 1000 Free, 200 Back), Charlie Greenwood (12-year-old 50 Breast, 100 Breast), 200 Breast), Addison Holland (11-year-old 200 Fly, 100 IM, 200 IM) and Kris Lawson (14-year-old 100 Free, 100 Back, 100 Fly) each won 3 events.  Lleyton Arnold, Heidi Gilman, Eleanor Sun and Jackson Tishler were double event winners.

Greenwood, Lucas Knapp, Misha Kojanov, Mason Menz, Calum O’Shea, Paul Querijero and Tishler combined to sweep the Boy’s 11-12 relays.   Conze, Elena Harrison, Ellia Kweon, Darby LeFaivre, Kira Runnels, Kylie Sessions, Sun, Sidney Thompson and Livia Venditti combined to sweep the Girls’ 13-14 relays.  Nicholas Arndt, Bermudez, Jordan Evans, Jordan Kelly, Lawson and Jacob Lee combined to sweep the Boy’s 13-14 relays.
