Bacon’s Records Highlight Final Night of Open Champs

NCAP closed out the 2019 PVS LC Open Championships with more fast swimming on night 4.  Phoebe Bacon led the way with a record-breaking swim in the Women’s 200 Meter Backstroke.  Her time of 2:09.11 was good enough for a new PVS Open-Age Resident, PVS Open-Age Open, PVS 15-16 Resident, PVS 15-16 Open and NCAP 15-16 Team Records in the event.

Chase Travis also won an event, when she touched first in the Women’s 1500 Freestyle.  Andrew Blusiewicz (200 Breast), Sean Conway (200 Back), Erin Gemmell (50 Free), Mary Claire Tansill (200 Breast), Brooke Travis (1500 Free) and Trace Wall (50 Free) all finished 2nd overall in an event.
