NCAP Wins 2018 Mid-Atlantic Age Group Showdown

With 8893 points, NCAP won the 2018 Mid-Atlantic Age Group Showdown.  Camille Spink, Erin Gemmell, Tatum Wall and Carly Sebring led the way with a PVS Record-breaking swim in the Girl’s 13-14 400 Yard Freestyle Relay with a time of 3:24.67.

Individually, 27 NCAP swimmers combined to win 76 events.  Simon Bermudez, Charlie Greenwood, Hailey Hammond and Eleanor Sun won six events each.  Bermudez touched first in the Boy’s 12-Year-Old 50 Free, 100 Free, 200 Free, 50 Back, 100 IM and 200 IM.  Greenwood won the Boy’s 11-Year-Old 100 Free, 200 Back, 100 Breast, 200 Breast, 50 Fly and 200 IM.  Hammond claimed victory in the Girl’s 10-Year-Old 100 Free, 200 Free, 50 Back, 50 Fly, 100 Fly and 200 IM.  Sun won the Girl’s 13-Year-Old 500 Free, 200 Back, 100 Breast, 200 Breast, 200 IM and 400 IM.

Michael Mullen (13-Year-Old 200 Free, 500 Free, 200 Fly, 200 IM and 400 IM) and Sebring (14-Year-Old 100 Free, 200 Free, 100 Back, 100 Fly and 200 IM) won five events. Gemmell (13-Year-Old 50 Free, 100 Free, 200 Free and 100 Fly), Kris Lawson (13-Year-Old 50 Free, 100 Free, 100 Back and 100 Fly) and Josh Wolfson (14-Year-Old 100 Breast, 200 Breast, 200 IM and 400 IM) each won four events.
